Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, and while we aim to meet these timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by high demand or unforeseen circumstances.

If you need quicker service, we offer express delivery options. Refunds for express delivery delays will be given as applicable.

Payment is required upfront and will be processed through a secure payment gateway. Prices include all relevant taxes.

All orders will be delivered electronically via email or secure link. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by factors outside of our control (e.g., email delivery issues, internet outages).

If there's an error in your profile makeover or in our service, you may request a revision.

• Full Refund: Only available if no work has started and the request is made within 24 hours of purchase.
• Express Orders: If the express service fails to meet the promised delivery time, we will refund the express fee.
• Work in Progress: Once work begins, a refund is no longer available unless we fail to meet our satisfaction guarantee, in which case a credit note may be issued.
• Approved Orders: Once an order is approved or automatically closed, it is no longer eligible for a refund or credit.
